Biele víno iskrivej žltozelenej farby. Vôňa je svieža, aromatická s tónmi kvetu bazy a grepovej dužiny. Suchá a expresívna chuť. Pripomína broskyňu a čierne ríbezle. Záver je stredne dlhý a minerálny.

Sir George Fistonich založil spolu so svojou ženou vinárstvo už v roku 1961. O rok neskôr vyrobil prvé víno. Postupne vinárstvo rástlo a dnes patrí k najlepším a k najúspešnejším vinárstvám Nového Zélandu. Má 300 stálych zamestnancov.
